
14 day Satisfaction Guarantee
If within 14 days of buying your mobile phone, you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to change the phone, network or tariff for you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and you either pay the extra or we will reimburse you the difference in accordance with our refund policy. The original phone must be returned in "as new" condition, with the original packaging and receipt. Unfortunately some phones purchased as part of an upgrade are not eligible for our 14 day exchange. Where relevant, connection charges will be applied.
30 Days Faulty Exchange
Should your phone develop a fault within 30 days of purchase, 1st Mobile Phones will process and exchange provided there are no signs of misuse, abuse or water damage and that the item is returned complete with the original packaging and receipt.
This does not apply to any Ringtones, Logos or Voicemails.
